The Series Reverse Osmosis System was designed to offer you a cost effective alternative to high priced proprietary quick change. R.O. systems. Made of high quality FDA approved materials and engineered to exacting standards the will quickly become your first choice for a sanitary system. The starts with a melt blown sediment filter for sand, grit, and particle reduction, then a GAC and carbon block for chlorine reduction and odor control. The 50 gallon per day TFC membrane reduces total dissolved solids (TDS) and impurities from the water. The optional inline fifth stage GAC filter gives the water a clean, crisp taste. Every system comes with a 3.2 gallon NSF listed storage tank, an attractive ceramic disk faucet, a high quality water feed installation kit with ball valve shut-off, and our proprietary quick change sanitary style cartridges.
How is Water Contaminated?
Being the worlds universal solvent, water constantly dissolves and absorbs contaminants while traveling miles from its source to you. Contaminants such as heavy metals, salts,dissolved solids, bacteria, viruses and other chemicals may find their way in to your water supply.
How Reverse Osmosis Works?
Water pressure forces smaller water molecules through very tiny semi-permeable membrane pores, which measure 0.0001 microns. This acts as a barrier to contaminants, which are rejected by the membrane and flushed down the drain.
5 Stage Purification Process
Stage 1: 5 Micron Sediment Filter reduces
sand, silt, clay, dirt and any other physical
particles.
Stage 2: GAC Filter reduces dissolved gases,
chlorine taste and odors and any other chemicals
present in the water.
Stage 3: Carbon Block Filter further reduces
chlorine taste and odors as well as chlorine byproducts
and organic matter.
Stage 4: 50GPD TFC Membrane removes a
wide spectrum of impurities including Total
Dissolved Solids (TDS), heavy metals, bacteria,
viruses.
Stage 5: Inline Post GAC polishes off any
tastes or odors that may be present in the holding
tank.
